Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hosting, domain subscription, and related services ("Services") provided by HostCo Server ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Services

HostCo Server provides web hosting, domain, and related infrastructure subscription plans, along with a client portal for managing subscriptions, invoices, and support tickets.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure Dependency (Hostinger)

Our hosting Services are operated using infrastructure provided by Hostinger. As a result, the availability, performance, and uptime of your hosting account are dependent on Hostinger's servers and network. We make reasonable efforts to ensure your account remains available and performant, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, outages, or downtime on Hostinger's infrastructure may affect the availability of your hosting account, website, email, and related services.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption arising from downtime, performance issues, or service interruptions caused by our underlying infrastructure provider.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any known major outages affecting clients where possible.

3. Account Registration & Client Portal

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any FTP/cPanel and ticket portal login details, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

  • Subscription plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period (e.g. monthly, yearly, or multi-year).
  • It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal of your subscription before its expiry date. Failure to renew may result in suspension or removal of your hosting account, website files, email accounts, and associated data.
  • Invoices are made available through the client portal. Prices are subject to change for future billing cycles, with reasonable notice provided to existing clients.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made for hosting, domain, and subscription services are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, new subscription purchases, renewals, upgrades, and add-on services, regardless of usage.

No refunds, credits, or pro-rated reimbursements will be issued for early cancellation, downgrade, account suspension or termination due to a violation of these Terms, or for downtime or service interruptions caused by our underlying infrastructure provider as described in Section 2.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to host or distribute malicious, infringing, or abusive content, or to engage in activity that disrupts or compromises the security of our infrastructure or that of Hostinger or other third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy without refund.

7. FTP, cPanel & Domain Credentials

Where applicable, FTP/cPanel and domain access credentials are provided to you for managing your hosting account. You are solely responsible for the security of these credentials and for any content uploaded, modified, or deleted using them.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if payment is not received by the due date, if these Terms are violated, or if required to do so by our infrastructure provider. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostCo Server shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
